陳冠霖，1997 年生，台北人。現就讀國立臺北藝術大學美術學系碩士班，曾赴德國斯圖加特高等設計學院（Merz Akademie, Stuttgart）交換。創作以平面攝影與影像裝置為主，關注廢墟與失能空間，如八仙水上樂園，試圖藉由影像回應個人記憶與集體創傷。近年亦持續探索拍攝者與被攝者之間的權力關係，並在影像裝置中思考如何與觀者建立實質互動的觀看機制。

English Version: Kuan-Lin Chen, born in 1997 in Taipei, is currently a master’s student in Fine Arts at Taipei National University of the Arts. His artistic practice centers around photography and video installation, with ongoing interests in ruins, dysfunctional spaces, and the ethics of image-making. Through photographing abandoned sites, Chen investigates the complex emotional and power dynamics between the photographer, the subject, and the environment, often drawing from personal memory and trauma.
