「在我們的身體裡，有潮汐緩慢地移動，

有語言未及的情感，如海水般蕩漾。」

人體約有70%是水。這些水，不僅是維持生命的生理媒介，更是情緒、記憶、創傷與愛的容器。這不只是生物學的事實，更是一種深層的象徵：流動於體內的液態記憶，正是我們未曾言說的疼痛與溫柔所棲息的所在。

《體內有海》是自然風景的描繪，更是一場心靈深處的潛行，是一次從外在意象轉化為內在風景的藝術探索。畫面中層層交疊的海浪，象徵潛意識的波動與情感的流變；深藍與碧綠的筆觸交錯，如同身體中難以命名的感受，時而洶湧，時而平靜。

透過這幅作品，我嘗試召喚觀者對自己內在水域的覺知。每一筆浪的起伏，都是一次向內的召喚；這片海既是記憶的容器，也是精神的棲地——它承載創傷，也蘊藏療癒。

Within our bodies, tides move slowly.

Emotions beyond words ripple like water beneath the surface.

The human body is composed of approximately 70% water. But this water is more than a physiological necessity — it is a vessel for memory, emotion, trauma, and love. It is not merely a scientific fact, but a profound metaphor: the flowing waters within us are where unspoken pain and tenderness reside.

The Sea Within is not a depiction of the ocean as a landscape, but a deep inward journey — an artistic exploration that transforms external imagery into an internal topography. The layered waves in the painting symbolize the currents of the subconscious, the ebb and flow of emotion. Deep blues and shifting greens intertwine, much like the nameless feelings within the body — at times turbulent, at times still.

Through this work, I seek to invite the viewer into awareness of their inner sea. Each wave, each stroke, becomes a quiet summons inward. This sea is both a container of memory and a space for the spirit — it holds our wounds, yet offers the possibility of healing.
