午後帶著狗狗在竹北頭前溪畔散步，經過流水旁便自然停下了腳步，看著兩旁隨風晃動的樹影和水草，陽光穿過樹葉的縫隙灑在水面上，亮晃晃的特別好看。
我想用素描把這個隨處可見卻讓人感到安心的畫面記錄下來。透過炭筆深淺的塗抹與留白，畫出水面的反光和樹蔭下的安靜。沒有特別想要表達什麼大道理，只是想把散步時感受到的微風、陽光和那份慢下來的心情留住，讓看到這幅畫的人，也能感受到水邊那份舒服又自在的午後時光。
While walking my dog along the Touqian River in Zhubei one afternoon, I naturally paused by the flowing stream. Watching the shadows of the trees and the river grass gently sway in the breeze, with sunlight filtering through the leaves and dancing on the water's surface, the shimmering light felt especially calming.
I wanted to capture this ordinary yet comforting scene through charcoal sketching. Using varying tones, smudging, and negative space, I depicted the reflection on the water and the tranquility beneath the shade. There is no grand concept behind this piece. I simply wished to preserve the gentle breeze, the warm sunlight, and the unhurried pace I felt during the walk, hoping viewers can also share in the relaxed, peaceful feeling of an afternoon by the water.
